RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you decide to proceed with the return of the ordered product, you have 14 days from the moment the order was delivered to do so.
You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses, and the product should be sent via courier to the following address:

In both cases, the withdrawal must be communicated through the downloadable form at the following link. The duly completed document should then be sent, via email, to info@metajewels.it, or by registered mail or PEC to the email address info@pec.metajewels.it. The returned product must be intact, properly packaged in the original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories. Only after verifying the receipt of the returned product and the general conditions, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the product (including shipping costs if incurred during the purchase), via bank transfer to the coordinates indicated in the completed withdrawal form.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
It is possible to exchange the product purchased online only following the processing of the return request. A new order of equal or higher value will be placed. The new order will be processed after verifying the correct execution of all return procedures.
